How do you get the crystals to re-distribute? I had the pump clog because the crystals would get stuck in the ball valve area... I tried putting hte bottle in hot water to re-dissolve the crystals, but all it did was make the crystals bigger...??

thats happened to me before. just use a thin needle to poke them away.. i've actually just used my fingernails to get them off

2 questions I have on this.

1. Does where I apply it make a difference? For instance if I am working on cutting BF% should I apply to lower abs?

2. I have a little back acne on my upper shoulders. Any problem with applying on skin with acne?

you can apply to upper back, shoulders, abs, and upper arms. the directions are on the bottle.. i would spread evenly and avoid anything that would flare your acne, so just spread it other places.
