You may want to consider albuterol over clen. I don’t have any experience yet, but I hear it’s easier on the sleep issues…

I take melatonin usually 10 mg

Its going well im doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off im about 6 days in and i notice a toning effect almost. I have lost about 4-5 pounds. That was mainly in the first few days so it could just be water. I feel thinner and i almost feel as if iv gained some strength

Started with 40 mcg then went up to 60 for the 2nd day then 80 for the third and just staying at 100 mcg for the remainder of the two weeks. I have a good tolerance to stims tho
