Average was 35%, some parts were much less, my legs increased 60 % in strength for example. Don't forget your example assumes a very heavy weight from 300 to 405. But what if I increased from 100 to 190 pounds bench, its light, its easy, I didn't mention any specifics. And its ok if you don't beleive it, I have nothing to prove, just trying to provide some info to others who may want to try to make some gains while using a minimum of gear. BTW, I think I did mention that I use tamoxifen just the same, my trying to minimize side effects don't necessarily mean trying to prevent shut-down, but there are so many possible side effects I prefer to do things this way.
