Why does one need to wait after a GH inject to eat? And how long do you have to wait? Is it totally nesscary or will it still work if you eat right after?

different thoughts on this but carbs stunt igf 1 release , i always waited 45 min after shot at 4 am to have pre workout meal , but then again some use post workout etc

Its so you don't become a TYPE II DIABETIC!
Yes it has to do with your insulin production at the time of GH releases and yes it happens often. But it is not permamant.

i never knew that , was always lead to believe , that the carbs reduced the effect of the igf 1 release . in what way does it contribute to possible type 2 diabetes ? i know it can lead to insulin resistance, why i often used insulin as well as t3 when i used gh.

diabtes post correct..dont eat with gh ..those that use insulin with there gh are very risky

I use mine PWO then eat about 45 minutes later.
