Hey guys I am new to this site and was wondering if you guys could help me out with a few questions? I am currently on TRT from my dr. He administering Monday 300mg and Thursday 300mg. I am on my third week. I haven't really felt anything except for libido. Lol. From my research it looks like maybe the 4th or 5th week I should be feeling some strength and seeing some results?? Correct me if I'm wrong. My stats are I'm 32, 185 bf 16.3% 5.7. I have been weight training roughly a couple years. I am looking to bulk up to around 200 then lean out a bit. My training is heavy, cardio 5 times a week 30 min a pop, I eat 70g fat a day, 290g protein, and 190g of carbs. I was wondering if I can take a over the counter fat burner on this cycle without losing to much gains?? As in Hydroycut? My problem is before I started weight training I was about 240 35% bf. I wa really over weight. Then I cut down to 159. But my problem is I gain weight FAST in my lower belly no matter how much cardio or how clean my diet is. That's why I wanted to take the fat burner. But wasn't sure if I could. Ok so besides me babling on about nothing, lol my questions are: when will start seeing some decent strength in the gym, see decent looks in the mirror and can I take the fat burner. I appreciate the help guys!
