Extensive cycle/PCT history.
Coming off of a long hiatus. Looking to be 230lb at 8% by August.

Diet: 45% protein, 30% carbohydrates, 25% fats.
Training: 30 minutes cardio followed by 60 minutes of weights.
Exc.: At least 1 gallon of water, 9 hours of sleep, 20g glutamine daily.
 
I'm a 31yr old ectomorph I think they call it 5ft5in 100lbs first cycle trying pack on 50-75lbs pure muscle mass lean mass but starting out skinny scronny not much body fat do lean shouldn't be problem got tons of gear. HGH somatropin another muscle combo pack icgf3 or something and I think MCG plus Boldenone 200 Sustanon 250 test cyp prop and E250 deca dbol anapolon oxymethlone methanadolone anavar I stock piled not sure what's real what's fake from different sources so some of it gotta be real and work guess just need plan mapped out what to take when how much then DIET which will no doubt be the hardest challenge for me 200g protein day 15g CREATINE day along with as much I can eat 4000-6000 calories day 8 meals every 3hrs including meal replacement protein shakes snacks etc then start out just heavy weight low reps five times week for 45 mins two muscle groups two-three excursuses each then as the cycle progresses less and less until I'm working out only twice week with three day rest between workouts was hoping to Pack on 35lbs per month total two months or maybe ten week cycle REALLY COULD USE SOME PRO ADVISE SUGGESSTIONS GUIDANCE ETC thank u

that is a giant cycle.. i wouldn't feel good about myself approving it lol but i don't know much about the big ones like this. hopefully someone very experienced will chime in..
 
I never come off, so I will run them until some variable suggests that I do otherwise; i.e., a health problem, the gains plateau, exc. Overall I plan to be going strong completely through the spring and summer then assess where I am and form a new plan.
 
You want to gain 22lbs and drop 2% bodyfat? And you are taking all of that? I am guessing this is a bulking cycle, because a 2% drop in bodyfat is not complicated at all, especially on cycle. But if you want to gain 22lbs, that can be done with just 12 weeks of Test E and a few weeks on Dbol to kickstart. Of course, with a proper diet. Why would you run all of that crap? I just do not understand. Do you have any idea what you are doing? Taking all of that T3 and Clen and trying to gain 22lbs?

Have you ever cycled before? If so, and you think you need all of that to achieve normal results that you can get on a straight medium dosed Test cycle, then I suggest doing more research. I am not taking a shot at you here, I just think you are destroying your health when you are not even competing and you are just trying to look good for the summer.

Also, if you are trying to gain 22lbs, do not do cardio before you lift. You are going to use up all of your glycogen before you even hit the weights.
