Proposed Cycle

Ok, so I'm 22, 5'10'' 193 bf 11%. I've been researching daily and having people help critique my diet and training program. I have done two past cycles (which were dumb because I was not a part of this forum at the time and did not have all this great information and good bros to consult with.) They were both Test E 500mg per week with a dbol kick start 25mg. I saw good gains but if my diet was what it is now I would have saw amazing gains. Do you guys think it's still early for me to do another cycle? These past cycles occurred when I was 20 and 21. I know I've posted earlier this year and everyone thought it was too early but I've been working my ass off and have really improved my physique and diet.

I would like to run:
Dbol 1-4 30mg
Test E 1-12 500 mg per week
Deca 1-10 300 mg per week

PCT: Forma Stanzol 2-8 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm
HCGenerate 6-10 3 caps am 2 caps pm
Test Recovery stack 10-14
Clomid 10-14 50mg.

my diet will consist of:

Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 1 scoop of whey, an orange, and a handful of peanuts
Meal 2: 2 cups of brown rice, a pouch of tuna, and 2 scoops of whey
Meal 3: 2 Chicken breast, 1 cup of green beans, salad (no dressing)
Meal 4: Post-workout: 2 Salmon filets, 1 cup brown rice, a banana, 2 scoops of whey
Meal 5: 3 egg whites, pouch of tuna, some sort of vegetable
Meal 6: before bed- 2 scoops of casein, pouch of tuna

If things still need to be worked out, this cycle can and will wait because I am all about listening to you guys because you know what you're doing. Please feel free to critique anything.

you said it yourself man you would have had better gains if your diet was what it is now? so whats up with all that deca? why not run the d-bol and test and have your diet and training better than your last cycles and make good gains. deca will give you more gains, but i think it may be unnecasary. that being said, i think my next cycle is gonna look something like yours. lol

I want to run the deca to get the extra mass but like shibs said I wanted to keep it moderately dosed. I'm probably going to start Monday.
 
where is your dostinex? where is your AI? your diet should be up to par BEFORE running a cycle. you don't wait till a cycle to finally fix your diet. deca is carb dependent.. your diet you listed is gonna be a waste for a deca cycle. get rid of the whey and protein powder BS and eat more real food. organic waffles/pancakes, honey, whole grain bread, oats, hemp, turkey, chicken, fish, lots of veggies and fruit.

you need to do more research. 2 mass cycles and you are still a twig. for your height you should be 210+. if you would of waited and done a good cycle and eaten correctly you could of put on 15 solid pounds on deca and kept those gains. you only weigh 190 pounds now after 2 mass cycles.. which probably means you ran a cycle at 20 years old weighing 160 pounds? or you didn't gain a thing.. either way you need to do more research

as far as your cycle.. drop the deca to 8 weeks.. run the test for 11 weeks. where is your HCG? you aren't gonna recover from deca with that weak PCT. hcg should be ran from weeks 8-14 at 1000iu's 2X per week. deca and tren are no joke, you better know what you are doing especially during PCT

don't mean to sound harsh but in 15 weeks you will come on here saying "shutdown from deca what do i do?" by the time you figure it out your gains will be gone. deca and tren are wonderful AAS but you need to know what you are doing first.
