Good SOCKS/"socksify" proxy servers are rare and versatile.
Definitely a keeper, means I kept the URL in my favorites folder.

In real short terms, using a proxy server, you can hide your IP address.
You can surf the web anonymously basicly. There's alot more, but that the most basic function.
Too use one, do a google search with proxy+server+tutorial+[browser name here] (prolly IE)
Put numbers in LAN settings, test it to make sure the server is responding, if it works, your using a proxy server. Pretty simple. PM me for questions.

If you don't get 404's surfing, then it's working.
