I have been all Korn lately. Its just perfect for the gym. Hypocrites/Comming Undone/Got the Life.... I could go on forever the whole Chopped and Screwed album is the best lifting CD for me period. Korn and Tren gives me goose bumps in the gym, no bullshit.

Slipknots Wait and Bleed always seems to get me angry. Fear Factory has all kinds of nice motivational music. Old school Slayer, Pantera, early Metallica, Sepultura, White Zombie, and The Murderdolls always seem to make my Ipods playlists.
