lol i think the women's fitness forum needs a few more stickies

Well as I catch up 3 pages later .... trained today, went home to clean my house after 2 months and promptly fell asleep.

I noticed last nite the silly number of stickies. Now that the ATL meet-up is over all of those can go. It looks fairly cleaned up at this point. I know a lot of people don't bother reading them, but its nice at least to have a few select ones up there for quick reference instead of having to dig them up. Its hard when new peopel come here & aren't plat so they can't do any search on their own, and I'm tired of repeating the same stuff all the time.
