what do u guys mix your flaxseed oil with, right now i just put the tbsp in my mouth and gulp it down with some water and it is disgusting

Tried that once... came very close to seeing the shake again after I swollowed it... I have yet to find something that kills or even minimizing the flax seed oil flavor...
