ive been on Creatine for like 4 days, and the last 3 days i just dont ever feel hungry, anyone know if this is the right link between the 2, and if so anything i can do to get me feeling hungry again.?
so eat a banana ? its fucking almost 3am here and i havent really ate a proper meal yet today, just coffie, then fish on toast, then a shake, thats about it.. not good if im looking for gains. what else has Vit B ?
