i'm taking creatine now so i stopped taking caffeine (some sources say caffeine fucks with the creatine, some say it doesnt matter, i'd rather play it safe and not take them both at the same time). caffeine gave me a nice boost in energy when lifting, now i dont have that, and i'm wondering if i should perhaps take some ephedra before working out? what stuff do you all take to get the most out of your workouts?
