There is some dude on this board who got his test levels measured, went on a tribulus cycle, and then got his test levels measured again. Guess what, according to the results, his test levels jumped significantly (they were low to start with). I don't have time to review all the public databanks of research but testimonies seem to indicate that it helps some people while others it does nothing. I've got a feeling if you are low on T, then it may normalize things - something of an adaptogen like effect. Many studies are BS anyway, I say it is cheap enough to just give it a shot and see what you think. One bottle is plenty then you should be back on track or at least get a sense if it does anything for you or not. Spellwin sells it and I think may have references to research, just do your own homework and/or believe what you want. This is not an area where double-blind research studies are likely to be found on healthy young weightlifters coming off 1AD or other cycles.
My one experience was that 1AD seemed barely to have any type of inhibition effect so you will probably be fine just going cold turkey, but in my case I just wanted to try to help things along. I'm going to have my levels tested in another week or so and wanted to have some basis of comparison to my last test, naturally I am trying to get my T levels in the high normal range. FWIW, I am working with a doctor and he doesn't seem to think much of Tribulus either, so we'll just see how things turn out. It just seems to me I do feel something from it, at least initially.
