I am back logged a bit, so I'll post everthing now! Thanks for following along!!!

So today i have started my diet and training with the main factor being running Need2slin for 2-3 months and see what the results are! I will be posting a link to fitday so people can view my diet. But the nuts and bolts are 2000 cals, 90g carbs, 25g fats, and 200g protein, from the direction of R.S. I will take 2 caps first thing in Am on empty stomach then first meal half an hour later. Same with lunch meal and dinner meal. Each meal consisting of 30g of carbs. A snack after first and second meals. All other factors (protein, carbs and fats) will be divided equally throughout the day.

Age: 33
Starting weight: 187 lbs.
Starting body fat: 20%

I've also taken pics and measurements, which will all be posted at the end of my program. Reason being to keep you intrested and to see total transformation at end side by side. I will be taken new pics and specs every two weeks, again posting all at end!

02/17/2010 Back & Bi's

I had an awesome workout! I felt amazing pumps, and my energy was great. I noticed I sweat a lot more than usual. Truly felt a difference today which I thought was strange but exciting, for it's my first day!

So there you have it. If I left anything out you want to know just ask! And of course any suggestions you have will be great!

2/17/2010: Back & Bi's

Started with lots of lat and bi stretching, then 5 mins on eliptical to warm up CNS.

Wde grip chins: 3x12 w/just bodyweight
Cybex lat pulldowns: 170x12, 190x10, 210x8
Bent over rows: Barx25, 135x15, 225x12, 245x12
cybex seated lat pull: 170x3 w/only 15 sec. of rest in between, very fast paced.
One arm dumbell row: (dumbells only go up to 75 lbs.) So 3x12 with 75 lbs. DB

Straight bar curls: Barx20, 65x12, (no sky I was not in the power rack

20 mins. on eliptical to finish up.
Energy was awesome, very focused. And sweat liked a madman. (think it was do to the slin?)
 
2/18/2010: Shoulders.

Had an awesome workout, great energy and focus! Surely sweating more since taking the slin. My shoulders were pumped and full thru whole workout.

Military press behind neck: 135x15, 195x8, 195x8
Military press in front: 170x12, 180x12, 190x12
Upright row: 95x12, 135x12, 135x12
BB shrugs: 225x12, 315x10, 345x10
Front raises: 20x15, 20x15 (very strict and slow)

2/19/2010: Leg day

First i will admit got some pretty weak legs, but looking to change that!

But it was a great workout and felt really good!

Seated cybex leg press: 190x12, 230x12, 270x12
One legged leg press: 110x12, 110x12, 110x12
Seated leg curl: 60x12, 70x12, 90x12
Leg extensions: 50x12, 50x12, 50x12

Finished with 20 mins. of cardio.

Very fast pace workout, in and out in 50 mins.

Felt great, awesome workout!

I had tons of energy, very focused. I am seeing a huge difference in my pumps, energy and vascularity due to the Need2slin. Noticing differences in my body everyday and workout. So far the Slin is living up to the hype!!!

Great workout!!! Shit ton of energy, and increased vascularity in front delts! Strenth was awesome, felt very focused!!!

Felt great tonight, massive pumps, vascularity still increasing, great focus and energy. So I think I set a PR on the low pulley rows? I don't remember ever doing the whole stack! Could have got 8 reps but at the end of 6th one my damn gum flew out my mouth and I caught It right at the end so I'm sitting there chuckling to myself what a Ra Tard I looked like, so I stopped! And I very seldom where a tank top, but tonight bout half way thru took off my Needtobuildmuscle shirt and finished my workout! What a change my body's making, It just amazes me. So tomorrow will be legs and abs. Have a great night all.

*Great workout, awesome energy! My legs already feel like jello. Then had a little cheat meal, went to sushi bar and had Shishmi Tako and teryaki chicken with miso soup and a salad. So a great night all around! Tomorrow chest and tri's!

*Also started HCGENERATE today took 5 an hour before my workout. Tomorrow I will start taking 3 in the morning and 2 before I go to bed! Hope to see some awesome gains with this and the Slin!

*It was a great, great, awesome workout! Very, Very pumped! I love the combo of Chest, Shoulder, Tri's. Look's like I'm leaning out more everyday! But holding at same weight, which Is fine with me. Energy was great, very focused.

*Overall It was another great workout! Vascularity Is surely Improving and the pumps are amazing! I'm very glad I decided to take the Need2slin. Can't wait till I start feeling the HCGENERATE kicking In! Hope your all well!!!
 
try attaching bands to the dbs. Its a pain in the balls to stabalize and provides constant tension...kicks ur ass...the dbs at my school only go up to 80 so sometimes ill use a band for added resistance for shoulder presses and incline presses. sometimes i even take like a 30 lbd db and put it ontop of the 80 for things like rows and stuff but that gets painful on the hands and wrists lo and u get funny looks, which i dont mind lol. what workout routine are you following? looks interesting:D

Nice improvements bro! I'm waiting for my Need2Slin right now, should probably be on my doorstep when I arrive home today. I can't wait see how it works. What is your goal? or are you just going until you plateu? Are you using any other suppliments or aas with this?

Looks like you are doing it right in the Supps deparment. I can def see why you are making some good gains! How does the 'GEAR' compare to other BCAAs you have taken? or can you even see the benefits b/c of all the other stuff you are taking? I'm taking ON's BCAA complex right now and it seems to be working great so far to keep my muscles full all the time.
 
I'm not biased In any way, jsut Needtobuildmuscle.net was where I started hanging out when I decided to get off my ass and get back In shape! So naturally I went with his supps. But In all honesty he put's out some great stuff! But I will always try other products to review them plus If their better than switch. Just don't see that happening! The gear I take thru the day, usually 2 In AM 2 at lunch, 3 post and pre workout and 2 before I go to bed! And yes It's kinda hard to put my finger on where I'm getting most of my gains from! But I do plan on adding more BCAA's. So I'm actually looking at adding what your taking currently!
 
I'm pretty sure Gear has all the BCAAs you need, although I don't remember seeing a breakdown of what they are. All I remember seeing on his site was 525mg of TOTAL BCAA, w/o a breakdown of the 3 that makeup the 525mg. I am sure Needto knows exactly how much to put in there so I would say adding more BCAAs is a waste of money at this point. Whenever you finish you could try something else and compare the two per cost. I will eventually try Gear but I need to finish up the bottle I have right now. I def need to see/feel the difference b/c Gear is w/o a doubt more expensive per quantity!

yeah ill make one soon, within the next few days, i just got a lot of shit to do for school, ill try to start one tommorrow actually before i work out, took only half the serving size of thermo shred and stim today and felt great at the gym, and im getting over the flu

btw, dont feel bad about ur legs, i have the legs of a 12 year old girl scout lol, im 6 2, at one point i was 230 and my calves were 15 inches lol, theyre still the same size and im at about 210 getting lean, but i still look like big bird lol, gonna be smashing calves to pieces soon....itll def be in my log...goddamn it they will grow lol

Funny you post this, for I'm doing legs tonight! But somewhere In the forums Is Nelson Montana's 75 rep calf workout! Sounds badass, might want to give that a try. I know I am!

Waiting for a whole bunch of stuff from N2BM (HCGenerate, Need2slin, Lipo-shred stack, Unleashed, Post Cycle, Gear, Bridge, Forged Post Cycle, Forged Liver Support) and am looking forward to seeing good they work with the AAS cycle, clen/t3 stack I'm on now. I've got a bad feeling that I'm gonna get stung with import duty to the UK, but I can live with that if they're as good as the reports I've read.

yeah im dedicating this whole day to calves, i found some similar high rep workouts to destroy ur calves aswell....and if u can, walk around on ur toes during ur whole workout, itll look funny but itll keep ur calves under constant tension
 
As soon as I get my order I will figure out what I'm going to take and if anyone has any advice about what would be good to stack together while on the last couple of weeks of my AAS cycle it would be appreciated. I'm just about coming to the end of a 10 week test cyp cycle that I kickstarted with Anadrol and Dana. I'm hoping Bridge will do the trick and stop me from crashing and am just about to start some HCG to get the boys back.
 
i would def take the need2slin the last couple weeks, also hcg if u can get it soon enough, u should take ur first shot of hcg with ur last shot of aas i believe, dont quote me on that tho, but i do know that youre not suppose to take hcg throughout ur whole pct because it can make it harder to recover ur natty test levels.....i just started a whole bunch of things theyre in my log, and i recently finished pct on a test cyp, eq stack, sustanon stack..this stack is keeping me sane lol
 
I've got the HCG ready to go. I've run it before on previous cycles and on wouldn't do without it. I run it for 2 weeks starting when I do my last shot of test. Then I'm hoping the some of the stuff I ordered from n2bm will be a good pct. Clear my liver out, help me keep my gains and spark up my bodies own test production. I used to take novladex and clomid for pct, but after reading Nelson's books I'm going to avoid them. Bridge should be great between cycles if it lives up to what I've read.

I've been on Needtoslin now for about a week and have noticed some acid reflux after taking the pills. Have you noticed a burning in your throat after taking these or is it just me? It helps when I eat something before I take them but I try to save all my grubbin' for about 30 minutes after I take them to get all the benefit. Great post so far man! K to you.

I do notice that feeling once in awhile! I notice that if i drink a shit ton of water after taking it does'nt bother me!

I usually take 2 with water or some kind of protein shake shortly after the gym and about 30-45 minutes before dinner. I do about the same thing for lunch.

Like i said i just drink tons of water bro and it works for me! See what R.S. says!

*Hello all! Our computer is back up and working! So i apoligize for my absence. But everything has been going great! My workouts have been awesome. I'm still making great gains on the Slin! Weight not dropping much, but as i said before my body comp. is changing all the time! I'm sliming down in mid section and love handles, while getting much more vascular. Pumps are still great which i've come accustomed too. My workouts have been a liitle different due to my poor planning but they have been great. I plan on being back on track tomorrow! Plus i've got alot of catching up to do here for Needto and on some other sites for him also. But i am back! Hope your all well!
