Well i'm probably in the worst shape I have been in since I started working out years ago,although I weigh alot more than I did then and I got muscle memory working in my favor. I have spend the last few years back and forth overseas in the military and spent very little time in the gym, it seems like I would get in a groove or get mid-cycle and get re-deployed. Now I am home to stay, I have a new baby girl and am ready to get my old body back. Here's the cycle I will be running concurrent with my need2slin:
wks 1-4 40mg dbol Ed
wks 1-16 400mg Sust Blend
wks 5-16 50mg Proviron ED
wks 8-14 400mg Tren E
Right now i'm ending week 3, here is my log for today:
Back and Bi's:
After not getting hardly any sleep or eating much the past 3 days and the dbol lethargy dragging me down I wasn't expecting much this morning, I ate 5 eggs, a quart of skim milk and 2 packs of oatmeal and popped a Need2slin then headed to the gym, to my suprise after warming up I started feeling really good, the Need2slin killed my dbol lethargy and had me stoked, it doesn't have any stims in it but it sure gets you going. I pounded through my routine:
4x8 T-bar rows
4x8 heavy cable pull-ups
3x8 lawnmower pulls
3x8 pull overs
4x10 hammer curls
3x8 preacher curls
Not sure if it was the Need2slin or what but I was sweating like a mofo afterwards, took another pill with my PWO shake and feel great, looks like good things to come...

Slept all say yesterday, went to the doc today and got some antibiotics, felt like total shit but went to the gym anyway, to my suprise I hadn't lost any weight and although I felt horrible I was stronger than my last workout
I can't beleive how shitty I feel but still gaining strength, here was my workout:
