Well i'm probably in the worst shape I have been in since I started working out years ago,although I weigh alot more than I did then and I got muscle memory working in my favor. I have spend the last few years back and forth overseas in the military and spent very little time in the gym, it seems like I would get in a groove or get mid-cycle and get re-deployed. Now I am home to stay, I have a new baby girl and am ready to get my old body back. Here's the cycle I will be running concurrent with my need2slin:

wks 1-4 40mg dbol Ed
wks 1-16 400mg Sust Blend
wks 5-16 50mg Proviron ED
wks 8-14 400mg Tren E

Right now i'm ending week 3, here is my log for today:

Back and Bi's:

After not getting hardly any sleep or eating much the past 3 days and the dbol lethargy dragging me down I wasn't expecting much this morning, I ate 5 eggs, a quart of skim milk and 2 packs of oatmeal and popped a Need2slin then headed to the gym, to my suprise after warming up I started feeling really good, the Need2slin killed my dbol lethargy and had me stoked, it doesn't have any stims in it but it sure gets you going. I pounded through my routine:

4x8 T-bar rows
4x8 heavy cable pull-ups
3x8 lawnmower pulls
3x8 pull overs
4x10 hammer curls
3x8 preacher curls

Not sure if it was the Need2slin or what but I was sweating like a mofo afterwards, took another pill with my PWO shake and feel great, looks like good things to come...
 
Hit shoulders today, I always do them by themself because they are the hardest thing for me to grow, FYI Need2slin+Dbol=pumps that make you cry! I felt like my arms were being ripped apart from my body they were so engorged with blood, no pain no gain..

4x8 Shoulder press
3x10 lateral raises
4x8 upright rows
3xfailure front plate raises
4x10 barbell shrugs

the more I worked out the stronger and more pumped I felt, i'm lovin this stuff, i'm taking one in the AM, 1 PWO, and one before bed...........

Chest and Tri's today, its a good thing I got picked to test this stuff out, i'm not getting much sleep but an hour after I take my need2slin i feel like I got a full night...

4x6 incline bench
4x6 flat bench
4x10 cable cross-overs
4x dips to failures
4x8 skull crushere
3x10 dumbell kickbacks

I can't stress enough the pumps i'm getting, I had to loosen my MP3 player on my arm 3 times because my circulation kept getting cut off, nugg was on swole!
 
Hit legs today, I usually only do legs about once a week or so, I have a bone spur on my right knee I need to have removed, I have been putting it off for years now..

4x10 leg press
3x8 leg ext
3x8 ham curls
4x10 calf presses

I also hit abs, calves felt like they were going to explode, my energy has been way up since I started the need2slin, after my workout I wasn't even the least bit fatiqued which is a good thing with a newborn at home!
 
The energy you get from the Slin is awesome! Are you noticing much in vascularity?

I think the dbol bloat is hiding it, its gonna be intresting to see how I look when I finish up the dbol this week and the water starts coming off...
 
I don't really see the point in running this during your cycle. How will you possibly know if the N2S is doing anything since you're already on AAS? Why not wait til after your done to use it so you can actually assess if it works or not?

To me, running need2slin while on cycle seems like the best possible time to use it, gains will be optimal with so much protein synthesis with the AAS and with the need2slin cramming my muscles full I see it as a win/win.....
 
Holy mother of all pumps and fauking energy like a mad man! I took 2 caps with 150g of carbs (oatmeal and skim milk) an hour before my workout, this shits awesome..

4x8 T-bar rows
4x8 weighted pull ups
3x8 lawnmower pulls
4x6 deadlifts
3x10 hammer curls
3x8 preacher curls

There was a period of about 3 hours today I didn't even feel human,no lethargy, endurance out the ass, and the weights felt very light, I'm up 3 lbs since starting Need2slin also:chomp:
 
Shoulders again today, i'm staying with 100-150g of carbs and 2 need2slins preworkout, its working really good for me, here was today's workout:

4x8 Arnold presses
4x8 lateral raises
3x8 reverse pec deck
4x8 upright rows
4x10 shrugs

I must say I was in enough pain to cry after I got finished with my shrugs, the pumps are almost unbearable, tomorrow is my last day of dbol so hopefully I should start shedding some water soon.....
 
Yesterday was chest tri's,still getting stonger, finished with the dbol, will be running proviron @50mg ED from here on out,

cable flys 3x10
weighted dips 4x8
close grip presses 3x10
skull crushers 4x8

Today was supposed to be a rest day but I couldn't stay away from the gym, I blasted through back and bi's:

t-bar rows 4x8
weighted narrow grip pull-ups 4x8
deadlift 4x5
lawnmower pulls 3x8
barbel curls 4x8
dumbell hammer curls 3x10

I usually work out at the same time every day so I usually see the same people all the time, today i worked out 5 hours later than usual and saw some faces I havent seen in a while. I kept getting that look from some of them, you know the one, "Damn that dude done got swole since I saw him last", feelin good now:D

How is this better than Glycobol ingredient wise? I took glycobol and all it did was fuck up my stomach and gave me zero in terms of results.

:yawn:Slept all say yesterday, went to the doc today and got some antibiotics, felt like total shit but went to the gym anyway, to my suprise I hadn't lost any weight and although I felt horrible I was stronger than my last workout:mix: I can't beleive how shitty I feel but still gaining strength, here was my workout:

Incline bench 5x5
Paramount fly's 4x8
Weighted dips 3x8

I kept it short and sweet, hopefully my meds will kick this sinus infection's ass and i'll be back in business, Ok back to bed..

I don't know if its was need2slin or the hydocodone but I had the best arm workout I can ever remember, I do know this when you are my size and you are repping out 150lbs barbell curling people look at you funny.....

Feeling good today, half-way through my workout I decided to superset the last few exercises with little or no break in between them, I couldn't make myself tired..

I'm getting over my sickness, I haven't lost any weight but my abs are showing alot better so I know my BF is going down, not to mention I started running Proviron a few days back, HOLY FUCKIN HARDON, anybody need any diamonds cut or maybe just wants to get beat over the head? I mean seriously I think I need to contact my Dr., i've hade an erection lasting longer than 24hrs!!!!

ONE main reason that glycobol tore up your stomach, its the phellendron, which Need2Slin does not have, make sure to take Need2Slin 20 minutes prior to eating carbs, you will be fine.

Took yesterday off, we had to take our baby girl to her 2 weeks check-up and then go show her off:D Hit chest and tris today along with cardio this morning, i'm going to try to stick with AM cardio PM weight training from here on out, my BF isn't dropping as fast as I would like, then again i'm not in my 20's anymore:

Incline bench 3x8 then 4x1 rep max
flat bench 3x8 then 4x1 rep max
cable flys pyramid up the down 20sec in between sets
dips to failure 4 sets
tricep kickbacks, 4 drop sets until near cardiac arrest..

figured I would change it up a bit with this routine, must say it really kicked my ass, I still had the strength just way out of breath...
 
they closed our gym today because of flooding:( they said it will be late tomorrow or monday before they reopen, i'll report back then...
 
lower bodyfat and fuller muscles will always make me happier, glad you are loving it! makes me more and more confident in my purchase i just made! i hope that Need2 can be my one stop shop for everything!

One thing I have noticed is my back is getting alot more thicker and stronger than ever in the past, i'm sold for life on need2slin

I'm thinking of switching up my need2slin regiment from 1 cap 3x day to 2 caps pre workout and one post, i'm not taking in any carbs at night now so I think my PM pill is going to waste.

Pre and post workout would definitely be another great way to dose it out!! I'm taking 1 before meal 1, then my other 2 pre and post workout and getting good results!
 
just rolled in from spending 5 days with the family back home, everybody said my little girl looks just like me, poor thing:(, anyway, could do much in the way of working out and my diet went to crap, grandma's cooking supercedes any diet! Plan on hitting hard again tomorrow, should be well rested anyways..
