Flax seed oil, pill or liquid?

You're much better of with the liquid for several reasons. Price, quality and ease of ingestion. On a gram for gram basis, the pills cost at least 7 times more overall. The quality of a cold pressed, certified organic flax oil will always be better than the caps. And, its much easier to take a tablespoon in the morning, than 15-20 caps throughout the day.
