Flax oil, or fish oil?

Fish oil has more DHA and EPA than Flax. Flax has lignans which supposeduly reduce risk of cancers. Flax has to convert into DHA and EPA and conflicting studies have differing opinions on just how effective the body is at the conversion. Both are healthy. For variety you could use both.

Personally I think fish oil is superior.

This is kinda a dumb question, but i hear a lot of talk about people using fish oil and when they sweat, they say their sweat smells like fish :S

Any truth to that?

I take fish caps and other than the occasional burp, I never smelled anything.
Some do, some don't. For me, fish oil was just easier to find.

I could smell creatine though. Maybe not, but I swear I could smell it when I would sweat.

Never heard about the sweating thing before. I use fish oil religously. The number I was told that only 9% of flax gets converted down to omega 3.
