    Creatine loading

    When this stuff first came out, people didn't really talk about loading with it. It was pretty much a preworkout product. If a person only takes it on heavy lifting days, will it stil have most of the effectiveness?

    That's not true. When it first came out they DID load with it. And it was NEVER a preworkout product.

    Only on heavy lifting days wont work for you. You wont maintain creatine saturation in the muscle cells. Dose 5g per day
