Anybody try the power butter. Sounds promising
i go threw about 3 a month....once you get it stir it up (it will need it bad) and toss it into the fridge, than when you take it out its like cream cheese. Its not all runny and liquid like. Good stuff, I eat about 20% of the tub each sitting with about 25oz of water.
as for proteins, n2matrix and muscle replenisher all day. I also toss in a couple scoups of xtend with the n2matrix (casein protein powder) when taking it.
