Has anyone had Flax powder??

im thinking about getting some??? what do u guys think,is this stuff easy to get down how does it taste ,etc any comments??

also just wondering if anyone knows a place where to get accurate nutrition facts on it,or if varies from batch to batch

I use the meal (most big health food stores have it in a refrigerated case, like Whole Food or Wild Oats). I mix it with oatmeal (after I cook the oatmeal), or cottage cheese or once with tuna (bad idea).
It's sort of nutty tasting. The oil made me gag and I don't know as I've ever seen the powder.
