What are the risks of Ordering from China

Was thinking about making my first international order from our chinese friend, the order will be all tabs, probably about 400 and I wanted to know 3 things:

1) Is It Safe?
2)What could happen if it got seized?
3) What are the odds of it getting seized?

This has been asked over and over. That is probabky why nobody is answering. The consensus seems to be no it is not safe.

Yeh it's safe to order you are just going to wait a little longer becouse of the b.s. going on with the disaster...
Accorting to him it could take as long as 8 weeks instead of up to 3.
Maybe you could order it xpress or next day or second day air

uhh.. The worst that could happen is you go to jail. However, most people just get a little slip in the mail that says their package was siezed.
