var and water retention?

This question is for those of your guys that put your gfs/wifes on var - did you notice any water retention? My gf is on 10mg/day of var - her strength is up and her weight is up quite a bit, but I am seeing some water retention as well - is that normal?

I would pose this question on the female discussion forum. Var casues zero water retention for me. In fact, quite the opposite.
