The truth about #s

Just wanted to throw out some truth about #s.
There are a lot of people out there saying that certain #s are going to be really high and that your DR is moron for thinking that high is bad. I want to clear that up with some #s from a recent physical. Just because you are trying to gain muscle doesn't mean your #s should be completely screwed.

BP 105/70
AST (SGOT) 25 Normal is 0-40
ALT (SGPT) 45 Normal is 0-44
Creatinine Serum 1.21 Normal is 0.76-1.27
Glucose Serum 84 Normal is 65-99
Hematocrit 50.7 Normal is 37.5-51.0
RBC 6.01 Normal is 4.14-5.80
Cholesterol total 197 Normal 100-199
Triglycerides 146 Normal 0-149
HDL 37 Normal 39+
LDL 103 Normal 0-99
Test total 671 Normal 348-1197
T4 free 1.55 Normal .82-1.77
Thyroxine (T4) 9.4 Normal 4.5-12.0

Aside from RBC everything was right about where it should be or just a hair across the line. And this was 1 week before I was scheduled to give blood which would help RBC and hematocrit.

Don't let people fool you. If you have #s that are way way out of range...you need to look at that.
