Do you think it would be possible to improve flexibility by taking a cycle if you were to stretch multiple times a day? Would the stretching improve flexibility more so then if I wasn’t on cycle ?
Stretching is a huge part of my routine now. I do it in the AM, PM, and after training. Makes a huge difference in flexibility. It doesn't matter if you are on or off cycle, you should be stretching.
steroids certainly are NOT going to make you flexible brother, not at all... you need to be stretching regardless of on or off cycle and as pointed out, yoga is an EXCELLENT way to help you, not just physically but mentally as well...
