Nolva or Clomid

Read somewhere that Nolva is actually a slightly better choice for post cycle recovery..
What do you lot think of this.?

the argument always goes back and forth...use both, try one this cycle, the other next cycle...its really up to you. I plan on running clomid and ldex.

100 next 10 days
50 rest of.

This debate will never be resolved.

Simply use both at the same time post cycle and adjust your doses accordingly- that's what i do; works well.

20mg of nolva is = to 50mg of clomid so use that as a guidline when figuring out how much of each you need post cycle.
