For a beginner I have deca 500 and ethenate 400 how much should I start out with when using them both at same for my first time

If you are just a beginner, you should limit yourself to just testosterone - there is no need to use deca on a first cycle. Anyhow, in case you will decide to use deca, I will include it in the sample stack:

Weeks 1-12(14)
Testosterone enanthate - 500 mgs per week (two injections of 250 mgs each)
Deca - 400 mgs per week (2 injections of 200 mgs each - you can put it in the same syringe with testosterone)
Aromasin - 10 mgs EOD from the first day of the cycle
Cabergoline - 0.25 mgs E2D from the first day of the cycle
Proviron - 50 mgs per day

i agree with lev.. why start stacking steroids the first time?

just use test, and you can kickstart with a light oral the first few weeks.

Just keep your first cycle simple:

Weeks 1-12
Test 500mg
Aromasin 10mg EOD
