I tried to get by on 3 grams, but the cramps kept on comin. I upped it to 5g's and didnt have much problems combating cramps then as long as I stayed hydrated rather well.
3-5 grams taurine, though people often take up to 10g
potassium and magnesium are also reccomended
as well as AT least 2 grams of ALCAR (protect cardiac tissue).
