How do you determine genetic potential

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me or give me a link to a website that explained how one would figure out their genetic potential for muscle mass? I hear it mentioned in some threads everyonce in a while and was curious as to what mine would be.

thanks

There is really no absolute way to tell. But if say you were taking in 4000 cal. a day and growing, then it stops so you go to 5000 and grow for awhile then it stops, then you up it to 6000 and 7000 and you aren't gaining anymore strength or size you may have hit it. Note though that this would take years to accumulate to this type of level. I think most will never actually "hit it" but feel like they have, so they turn to anabolics, which is ok if those years of learning your body were well spent.
