not lifting for 2 weeks directly after your cycle is a horrible idea... you should be lifting heavy and hard now to help preserve gains...
Yea, I've figured that out a little late but now I know. I tried to stick to my regular routine of lifting for 12 weeks and take a 2 week break and go back to lifting again but I didn't consider aas nor pct and what my body actually needs during these specific times...
I'm starting another 12 week thing tomorrow, no aas, so better late than never I suppose. Live and learn...
