Looks like good layout, But...

Need to do Chinups before pulldowns IMO
do a couple sets of both. pulldown ain't no substitute for chinups or pullups

You will be overtraining if you do 3days on 1day off. try (2days on 2days off) or (1day on 1day off) or (2days on 1day of 1day on)
whatever: point being do not train for 3 consectutive days.

I go 2days on 1day rest 2days on 2days rest

age doesn't really matter as far as overtraining goes. Give those muscles time to GROW!

Why would you put chins/pullups together with pulldowns? Isn't that pretty much of the same movement? If you want to exercise back completely, you need to stress it in three angles, for example pullups/pulldowns for lats, bent over rows or one-arm DB rows for overall mass/upper back, and deadlifts for overall mass/lower back. Instead of doin' two lat movements choose one exercise from each group. You can try Chins with Bent over BB rows followed by deadlifts for example. My opinion. Mylo

I think it looks good, I also agree that you should have 1 day rest in there, maybe one day in between day 2 and 3.
As far as chins and pulldowns, I'd go with one or the other, personaly I preffer pulldowns but chins are better.

thanks guys, i was thinking maybe adding 1 day rest after everything, like you guys said:

day 1-pull
day 2-push
day 3-legs
day 4-off
day 5-off

is that what you guys meant?

No, more like:
Day 1 pull
Day 2 push
Day 3 off
Day 4 legs
Day 5 off
You'll do better if you have a little break in between.

I would rather go one on one off. youre probably a beginner (below 1 year of lifting is my guidline)and your'e movements look descent for building your base.

don't do smith machine squats either.kick ass bro.
