usually every time a went to the gym (for an example) I would increase by bench by 5 pounds same rep, well lately ive stayed the same for 3 workouts and the other day i bairly even did my usually weight. geese man! my joints hurt and I pissed i have to take a break but im coming back stronger then ever!!!!!!!!!!!

I took a week off a few weeks ago.....I had to....my bench wasn't going up...I was bummed......it was sort of hard to take time off, but, I realzied I had too.....when I came back, my bench had gone up......
I'm glad you realize you need the break and that you are going to do it.....that says alot

yes, but i keep them light and do them every other workout......still suffering from lower back injury.(machine shop accident)
