Valdez, pretty impressive numbers, keep up the good work, by the way does genetic run in your family? I know in my case my father is one huge bastard and luckily I picked up his genetics. As for the tap dancing career try focusing on Bodybuilding, keep up the good work. Flex ON.

I was joking about tap dancing...
Although I was in to gymnastics for 3years
(I am 19 1/2 years old)
My dad's a big guy (5'9 250lbs: but he's a fatty)
one of my uncles is fat and the other two are medium build with wide shoulders...

My mom's side of the family is very lean, wiry, and tough as shit.

I think I'm pretty we'll balanced genetically although my shoulders are big, my frame could be a little larger.

I Slamed my legs hardcore for about 4 months and BAM!! there they were almost 27" thighs and 17" calves... My upper body is responding slower but I feel it will become impressive. My back is very well developed for my stature. The other parts will come along.

I have considered juicing in about two years.
I want to learn more about Bodybuilding and gain more experience first. Yet in all honesty I say that I will probably remain "natural" for life.

I was hoping to hear from some other people about thier progress... I'm not trying to showboat I wanted to see who some of the bigger guys are, and find out how many big dudes are steriod free.

Last year during my shows i was told i had the Total package. Symmetry is everything in body building. I don't have anyone part that is huge but most parts are balanced to each other. My family is all short and my dad has calves as big as me with no training. So, thank you dad.

Here you go Bro,
Have been training for 2 years, on and off the gear,(Mainly Off)
as of today :-

Age 27
Weight 267lbs
Fore arms 17 "
BIceps 18.75
Chest 54"
Quads 29"
Neck 19 "
Waist 38"
Height 6ft
Body fat ratio 14 %

I do not and have no intentions of competing as a body
builder, I may enter a strength contest in 2001, as my back
is my strong point. The soul reason that drives me to train,
is for personal satisfaction, and it also helps with my
work as a Bouncer.

23 years old, never juiced, training since high school, but hardcore for the last 4-5 years, 6'1", 208 lbs, 7% bodyfat...
ARMS: 17.75"
CHEST: 45" (lat spread)
QUADS: 26"
WAIST: 31.5"
CALVES: 13"
I have decent genes, but got shitted in the calv department. My Mom and Dad both have really skinny calves. The sad part is...I train the hell out of mine, they used to be even worse...straight up and down, they've actually improved considerably at 13"

Smackdown, I've tried everything short of Pump n' Pose for my calves and they're still pathetic. Did you ever hear Arnold say that he thought calves were the most beatiful muscle on the human body? Probably b/c he was like us, with wussy calves at first. Train like hell, use serious poundages, and just put up with the torture of calf pain. I'm really proud of the little bit they have grown b/c they took so much work and pain. Maybe I should start training calves with powerhouse21. Hmmm.....
