About to have an operation to fix both shoulders, tears on my rotator cuffs and severe tendonitis in both, from heavy lifting and football. My question is i have been trying to cut up for a while, is there anyway while recovering from the operation i can stay in shape and maybe loose some body fat? I have been told its a lenghty recovery period, just worried i will turn to crap. Is it possible to seen any results without weights?

Thanks

FlexRich here Stunner2 so listen up, is there a way to stay in shape while your recovering? Sure, there is, try to maintain a high protein diet with added carb intake, moderate, depending on your height, weight, bodyfat, and metabolism, as for your rotor cuffs there are supplements out there that restore ligament injury, glutamine, creatine, etc. are all proven to recover strenght and build muscle mass. Just focus on the diet for now, that is the key to cutting up, a good diet and you'll definetly be on your way to the next level. Flex on this.
