Like said many times before. To get bigger arms you need to get bigger all over. That means trying to lift as heavy as possible for your pushing and pulling muscles. If you bench 400lbs your tris and delts will grow too! I know most bodybuilders who have huge arms often do lots of sets but I feel they get worked very hard during Chins and Benches etc. Than again my arms arn't 22".

B/B curles for mass 6 to 9 reps 3 to 4 sets. NO cheating. Seated D/B 9 to 11 reps 3 to 4 sets. NO cheating. Hammers 6 to 9 reps 3 to 4 sets. NO cheating.

I feel those three movements are the best for mass, with B/B being the best.

Best way to avoid cheating on barbell curls is to stand back to the wall and elbows jammed in your sides.

I had pencil thin arms and i tried everything
from high sets(big mistake) to heavy poundage.
This is what worked.
1.train triceps and biceps together.just after a set of biceps go to tricep and back.
reduce ure sets to 6-8 .Dont go crazy with the poundage increase it gradually.
train them once a week

2.After 2 weeks stop training arms and just
do heavy chest and back training.Do one drop
set of barbell curl with ure back exercise
and one drop set of close grip bench with chest.Do this for a few workout. Then for 2 weeks go back to the above routine. And back.

SOMETHING I DO I CALL IT SLOW-MO TRAINING.
CURL THE WEIGHT IN NORMAL FASHION BUT TAKE 5 SECONDS TO LOWER IT.
AFTER A MONTH YOU SHOULD START SEEING SIZE AND A MORE VASCULAR APPEARANCE TO THE BI'S.

EVERY THREE OR FOUR WEEKS DO A FASTER TEMPO WORKOUT. ADD IN CHEAT CURLES ALSO, BUT REMBER WHY YOU ARE DOING THIS. IT IS TO MAKE IT HARDER BY TACKING THE MUSCLE'S BEYOND POSITIVE MUSCLE FAILURE.

steelheart knows what he is talking about..
its impossible to make the arms grow without everything else growing.concentrate less on
arms and more on compound basic movements.
rows,squats,deadlifts,etc......
have you ever seen a skinny guy with big arms
? the dudes with the 20inch guns are usually monsters.to have 20inch guns you have tobe way past 200lb bro..good luck..peace..
