when doing flys before presses, should i do ONE SET OF flys and GO DIRECTLY TO do A SET OF PRESSES(FLYS AND THEN PRESSES SET AFTER SET) OR DO THE 3 SETS OF FLYS AND THEN DO THE THREE SETS OF PRESSES TO (3 SETS OF FLYS AND THEN 3 SETS OF PRESSES) ?????????? follow me??

Do the full sets of flyes then the presses. Actually if you really want to pre-exhaust your chest then do some cable work or butterflyes on top of the flyes before doing the pressing movements

Either will work. Doing one set of flyes and then going directly to a set of presses is, I guess, really supersetting. But you're still pre-exhausting your pecs before hitting the compound movement. I like doing this with leg extensions and squats every other week. Loads of fun!

When I pre-exhaust my chest I do all my dumb-bell fly exercises first then proceed to the bench presses. Some months I alternate the weeks I do pre-exhaustion versus benching first.

the best way to avoid growth in those areas is to avoid working them,they still get plenty stimulation from other movements.

Depends also on where you hold the bar. If you don't want your tris to bulk up try using moderate weight and a wide grip.
