I was at www.cyberpump.com and there all about HIT. Just wanted to hear some views on people who actually use it. It makes sense but does it work? http://www.cyberpump.com/hitstuff/getbig.html

I believe that HIT works. I've been using it for about 3 years now. I used to train with high volume training, but I was always overtraining. Ever since I started using HIT techniques, I've made better gains and I don't feel overtrained any more. I've been using McRobert's and Mentzer's versions of HIT. I recommend getting the books: Beyond Brawn, Heavy Duty and Heavy Duty II. These are good books to read. You can get Beyond Brawn at www.hardgainer.com and you can get the Heavy Duty books at www.mikementzer.com

It's better to order from their sites. Every time I tried to order those books from a book store, they could never get them in. Cyberpump is also a great HIT resource. Good luck.
