Has anyone ever used any of their training?POF or Hyper Contraction? What kind of results did you have? It seems to go against the general rule of using compound exercises for mass.I mean 2 of the 3 movements are isolation movements. They have scientific theories but we all know science doesn't always hold up in the real world.

I have tried this form of training and have to say the pumps are really amazing! Now that doesn't mean muscle growth now does it? I find when I do this program for chest or back and there is too many isolation movements and I also feel like Im not working hard enough. But if you follow lets say, size surge 2 phase one. Its a great mass building routine. I wrote it out here some time ago if you care to look.

I have the big Ironman training book with a lot of their routines so I incorporate what works best for me from some of these. In general, I like most of the stuff they publish, and I usually do a mix of size surge and hardgainer.
