I too would not buy all the products but you could use some of the information in the program to help you develope your own program to lose the weight.

The program will work, but as stated above, don't feel you need to use EAS supplements. There are other, more effective ones out there. As for the basic program itself, yes it should work.

If your asking if the program works?, yes it does. I watched the motivational tape that comes along with the challenge and it was great. I decided to get into the challenge but I missed the entry deadline by one day (ouch!) but I did see myself getting cut,and I was only on a hight protein, low carb diet along with a multi-vitamin pill. Give it a shot, but like some of the guys on the board say, you really don't need to buy strictly EAS supplements to change you body, though the entry rules do state you can only use their supplements and they do ask for receipts so keep them, Give it a shot you won't regret it.

The plan does work. I went from 26% body fat to 17%. But as stated don't expect to gain much size.

Yea I swear... did you see the picture of the super duper skinny black kid? A few months later he was like 180 ripped to shreds. All it took was some EAS supplements........................ mixed with test and winny!

I can't believe Bill Philips is trying to sell that crap with those pictures.
