Ok, On Sat. Aug. 26 I need to be as big as possible (gonna see some people I haven't seen in a while) It's too late to waste starting a cycle, so I'll save that for the winter. This is my plan:

The week before, starting Monday, start reducing carbs every day, and eating high-protein high-fat, and on Wed-Thurs, cut down the carbs to almost zero, then on friday do the 1 day Arm Cure, where I will work out the arms every hour for the whole day, and eat high carbs right after each workout.

I'm hoping the extra shock I give the arms, along with the carb loading will have my arms exploding the next day (Sat.) maybe gain even an inch! I don't mind if it's only temporary, as long as it lasts throughout the day.

Is this a good idea? how would you guys go about this?

(If you only get to go around once, then you might as well
go around with REALLY BIG ARMS...)

when you do the 1 day arm cure take creatine with your carb loading 5g after every session
with high glycemic carbs most likely you will get a temporary inch.

Future one,
Make sure you also take in a lot of glutamine and make the arm workout the last one you do, to make sure you recover (it will take 6-7 days)

Good luck.
