hey experiment. Do not listen to people, listen to your body. try a routine and see how your body reacts. For example I was told to do tris with bis. I tried it and bench pressing was working my tris too. those workouts are on different days. I didn't like the way it felt. I overtrained tris a little. now I work bis with back and tris with chest. its what works for me. don't do shoulders before legs if you squat by the way. ------------------ | ||

First of all Brumans....don't ever work 7 days a week! It's called overtraining! 6 days max! I think 5 days is plenty. You should work 2 bodyparts every day. Figure out the rest yourself....do what works for YOU. | ||

I agree both with mystic_hormones and ethertek. Everyone is different , so what works for me may not work as good for you. Just my 2 cents... Tony | ||

working 7 days a week is like living with a wife.... to bad u cant not work the wife but 4 days a week |
