Has anybody used Trac creatine. Is it any better than your basic creatine.

I've been using it for three days now. I like it. When I take it all the soreness goes away...its cool. I think it due to the NADH. I will keep you up to date on any real results though.

Adding NADH to the mixture is the biggest difference. The NADH will help in the process by allowing more conversion of ATP, and thus more energy production by cellular mitochondria. This added ingredient has also been shown to increase athletic ability in the weight room---more muscle pump means more need for muscle building components.

Is that what you were wanting to know? If you need some specifics on it I'll try and help.

NADH is a coenzyme derived from niacin. It is somewhat similar to Alpha Lipoic Acid in in antioxidant effects. It has been used with limited success with people who have chronic fatigue syndrome. It is actively involved in the energy production cascade.

Micronized creatine is pretty good too.

Question for anyone and everyone. Why the heck do some people post in threads that a certain product gave them "a better pump" WTF how do you know it's the supp. I mean come on... there are on days and off days. simple as that. No flame just something that's been bothering me.
