Tribulus stimulates the testicles to produce testosterone, women get their testosterone from the adrenal glands. So it probably won't work.

Tribulus stimulates an increase in FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) in women. This increases your chances to become pregnant but it won't increase your bench.

Extra, do some internet research. Everything I've read says females should not use tribulus. But you need to do some reading on the subject and decide for yourself.

First, there is no good research that Tribulus does anything for the endocrine system. What people are claiming as signs of test increase, erections, is due to the vasodilatory properties of a compound in Trib, dioscin and protodioscin.

Women should have no problems with Tribulus, since even if it did increase LH levels, this would increase estrogen levels in them.

From an athletic standpoint it does not make any sense for women to take Tribulus. Again, it will stimulate FSH output and that in turn will increase estrogen levels.

I found out that some company, selling tribulus taken from fruits (dark brown)& from roots & leaves(light almost yellow)I took from fruits & nothing comes out of it
but when I took those from roots & leaves I'm stump,it's pretty good,I'm losing fats around my middle,BTW each of us is different,so no harm in trying.
