I am doing an ECA stack right now, might start trying Adipokinetix (sp ?). I am curious about using this with Betagen (EAS' creatine and HMB)and you guys have great answers so... Would this be counterproductive since Betagen/Creatine bulk you up a little? Betagen(HMB) claims to help aid in fat reduction and lean body mass so I do not think an ECA/Adipokinetix would be trying to do two opposites at once. What do you guys think?     | ||

If your on a restricted calorie diet, the Betagen should help you preserve your muscle mass while losing weight. It should help reduce the amount of muscle lost while dieting. I've used regular creatine with Adipo-kinetix and had great results. I really think taking creatine with a fat burner while trying to lose weight helps preserve your muscle mass. At least it did for me! You can't judge your results by the scale though. You have to use a mirror. |
