First of all, losing BF is primarily going to be a function of your diet. Break your meals into 5-6 smaller ones throughout the day, and try to eat smart. Use a lower calorie MRP to serve as up to 2 of your meals, and get a lot of fiber and H20 in your diet. Limit your intake of high glycemic carbs (white bread, donuts, high sugar content foods, etc) and replace with slow burning carbs like whole grain rice, beans, etc. Look to lean meats for your protein, particulary fish and chicken (egg whites are also good). Do your cardio 1st thing in the a.m. for about 20-30 minutes intensely up to 3-5x week. Find a good muscle building workout like Max-OT, as increasing muscle mass is the best way to rid yourself of bodyfat long term, and stick to it. Remember that prolonged periods of fasting teaches your body to hold on to its fat, while dinking a lot of H20, and eating every 3 hours speeds up metabolism and helps you rid yourself of fat.

Thermogenics like Dymetadrine Xtreme and Xenedrine help alot of people with their energy levels and metabolism, and there are other supplements geared towards fat loss
that you can read about on this site if you feel so inclined. I am not a big fan of them, but some people feel very strongly about their efficacy.
Rapid fat loss is not the healthiest way to go if you are looking to maintain leanness long term so be careful with "quicker" solutions than diet & lifestyle changes.
Don't worry too much about your weight, keep track of BF levels and measure yourself about 1 a week or so to keep track of progress. Losing 20lbs of fat and adding 20lbs. of lean body mass can have a dramatic effect on your physique even though your weight remains the same.

Good post Hamhock. I agree with your points.

A couple of things I want to point out to BigDaddy. You're 18 years old, and because you're serious about your training you now want this to happen quickly. Keep in mind, you have your whole life to stay in shape and maintain a healthy body. Steady weight loss is best for you. I know you don't want to hear this but it's true.

I can tell you my own weight loss experience. I'm 5'11". When I started training I was 240 lbs. about 30% body fat. Nothing nice to look at, but I carried it well due to a large frame. It took me 11 months to get to 186 pounds and 10 or 11% bf. That breaks down to about a little over a pound a week. Currently, I'm 203 @ 11%.

Consistency in your training, and your nutrition will get you there. Don't look for the quick fix, you have to change your whole way of dealing with food, and exercise. Develop good habits, and you'll be able to keep them. At your age this weight should come off fairly easily. Hope this helps.

I don't think advise could be given better than HamHock's for what you're trying to accomplish. I am a fan of Xenedrine though and a couple of them half hour before some serious cardio work 3-4 times a week to start will show serious fat loss in 2-3 weeks. Clean diet on top of that and you're set.

You could also try an ECA stack. Like everyone said there is no quick fix, give it time and the results will stay, you have to eat clean and eat often! Make sure you are drinking at least a gallon of water a day. Stay away from simple sugars, all the junk food Try cutting back on your carbs after 4pm. Everyone is different so you have to play around with your diet and see what works for you. Make sure your weight routine and cardio are in place as well...GOODLUCK
