You know how it is in a lot of the lo-carb protein bars, does anyone know how much it affects your body when trying to enter ketosis? I really like those Carb Solutions bars, but there is so much crap in the ingredients.

As to whether or not it will prevent you from ketosis is something that you will learn through trial and error on your own body. A short answer to your question would be YES, depending on how much glycerol is ingested, which will determine how much glucose will be produced. Remember though, some people can assimilate higher/lower amounts of carbs and still be able to enter into ketosis. The use of Alpha-Lipoic-Acid could also aid in this regard.
