Anybody ever hear of this stuff? If so, is it safe to take while taking an ECA stack as well?     | ||

i was at testostone.net last night for some wierd reason and i read a post there that said this product inhibits appetite. If it does that and lets me sleep it's worth a try in my book. | ||

5-htp is good stuff, im sure it shouldn't have any interactions with your ECA stack. | ||

5htp (5 hydroxytryptophan) is a substance naturally found in foods like turkey and bananas. 5HTP reacts with Vit. B6 to become 5HT, or seratonin. Seratonin is a neurotransmitter that is responsible for influencing mood, appetite, and sleep. I always take B6 along with seratonin to guarantee max results. It is I guess a decent appetite suppressant, but I use it mainly to go to sleep. Sometimes you remember some pretty wacky dreams too  |
