Definetly don't touch the Mega Mass 2000!! I read where a serving of Mega Mass 2000 is the equivalent to drinking like 12 cans of pop and eating a can of tuna fish!! Not good!! The N-Large 2 is a good quality weight gainer. At least that's what I've heard from a lot of people. If I remember correctly it has like 620 calories with 52 grams of protein and 89 grams of carbs with only 27 grams of sugar. I think it only had like 5 or 6 grams of fat.

Go to the protein factory and order yourself some "size powder". Has a significant amount of fat coming from essential fatty acids. Very high protein quality, and it isn't very pricey. I'm not sure how much the n large cost. If I were in your shoes, I would try getting most of my extra calories from EFA's and protein instead of carbs, especially since your bf% is already pretty high.

N-Large it is then. Hope I can get hold of it. Haven't seen it here much in the UK.
I know I'll probably put on a bit of fat during this mass cycle, but after 6 weeks I'll switch on to a lighter cutting cycle.

I think the best mass building shake is a shake called monster food. It is the best i have heard. Go to bodybuilding.com and see for yourself. It is cheap too.

Yah. A lot of them are basically sugar, maltodextrin (glorified sugar/pseudo-complex carb), and protein. The best weight gaining foods, I've found, are nuts. Yeah, they're high in fat, but they also got protein, fiber, and buttloads of nutrients. Try throwing in a whole bunch of nuts into the next chocolate protein shake you make. It makes 'em taste like milkshakes. Add a big bowl of oatmeal to the meal and you've got an amazingly well-balanced (macronutrient-wise) weight gaining "snack".

MegaMass 2000 made my fatass brother-in law a fatter ass brother-in law. Even with working out it's a bad idea. Some fat is good. This stuff is just toxic.

Yeah, I know the guy who invented Monster food, his lab and first nutrition store was in my small ass hoemtown. It's from a company called TKE owned by Trey King. My high school football team used his stuff long before it was available on a large scale..Outstanding products bros.
