Alot of people are taking it post cycle to help in keeping gains. It is necissary to take doses around 600+mg to receive good benifits. I've tried oral, sublingual and transdermal types and found thet by stacking them I receive good results when on a cutting cutting cycle. Give it a try for yourself. The only way to find out if something works is by trying it yourself, so never accept comments from someone who has never used it themselves!!!!!!

It's quite possible, since it has a nutrient partitioning quality, the nutrients are more likely to be used for muscle and glycogen building vs. fat storing, thus you lose weight. Also if you put on more muscle, you'll burn more calories.
