I am no longer an EAS fan. If I recall. It is creatine and a very small meal replacement powder. It is overpriced. It tastes bad. It jammed my blender. The whole class of low calorie weight gainers has faded out. Get plain ol' creatine, and eat.

get outa here Tone!

yeah I agree, EAS is overpriced, and I heard that Weider Co. was making most of there supplements now.

the best MRP's out there are:
1. protein factory SIZE POWDER
2. Nuclear Nutrion's MRP www.nuclearnutrition.com
3. Prolab's N-large2 (many supporters on this board)

When I read the prices for some of the supps in BB mags I wish I could go over to a GN store in the states and stock up. Right now every month I buy Myoplex Deluxe 36 pkt for \14,000 which is about US$140 and I think that's a real bargain. But this saves me money. If I go out and but lunch it will cost me US$20 but one of the shakes works out to be about $4 so I take one to work everyday for lunch. BTW Phosphagain 2 was one of the nicest tasting supps I've ever tried.

wheeew! that's expensive sniperwolf! wow. I wonder if proteinfactory would ship across seas? shipping would be expensive but still cheaper than that!

not only are EAS products overhyped garbage as i'm sure you're all aware, but they cost a f*cking bomb outside America!

that Betagen (Betagen? Betagain? stupid names) shite costs $120 AUS for the large container. insane, considering it's something like dextrose, HMB and creatine.

stick to a simple MRP, or whatever good protein is available. i do believe proteinfactory ship overseas.
